Abi Alade is a skilled administrative and analytics professional with a broad background in public service, non-profit, and private sectors. Currently, she serves as the Head of the Salesforce/Marketing team at Dayspring Capital Investment Limited, where she leverages her expertise in CRM systems like Salesforce and CMT to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.
With a strong foundation in database management using MSSQL, Oracle Apex, and SAS, Abi excels in utilizing analytics tools to optimize processes and deliver actionable insights. She is highly proficient in problem-solving, client-focused strategies, prioritization, and effective communication.
Prior to joining Dayspring Capital, Abi held various roles, including Contact Centre Agent at Public Services and Procurement Canada, Office Administrator at Westboro Photonics, and Insight and HR Analyst at Turro Ltd, where she contributed to marketing campaigns and led key initiatives. Additionally, she worked as a Personal Banking & Risk Analyst at Skye Bank Plc, where she successfully identified and prevented a fraud attempt.
Abi holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Bowen University, an M.Sc. in Industrial and Labor Relations from the University of Lagos, and an M.Sc. in Business Intelligence from Leeds Beckett University.
