Emmanuel Fatogun is a seasoned finance professional with over 8 years of experience in accounting, retail lending, and customer relationship management. He holds an HND in Banking and Finance from Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo, Ondo State, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Espam Formation University, Republic of Benin. Emmanuel is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) and a student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Emmanuel has gained extensive exposure in customer service management, regulatory compliance, and internal control systems within the micro-lending, accounting, and credit operations sectors. He is skilled in developing and implementing strategies to manage client relationships, meet service expectations, and oversee approved credit for effective utilization and recovery.
Before joining Dayspring Capital, Emmanuel served as the Head of Operations and Customer Relationship Management at VGS Continental Energy Limited, where he was instrumental in overseeing day-to-day operations. He has also participated in numerous training programs focused on customer service and core banking operations, further enhancing his expertise in these areas.
